Device for hoisting self-layed sheet pile of copying machine
专利摘要:
A stack elevating apparatus for a sheet feeder. A tray for supporting a stack of sheets is arranged for movement between at least one elevated position and a lowered position. The tray is arranged to descend to the lower position by gravity. An inertial force is provided for controlling the rate of descent of the tray. In one embodiment the inertial force is provided by an inertial member which is arranged to rotate in response to the descent of the tray and for continued rotation after the tray has stopped. In another embodiment a system is provided for amplifying the inertial force provided by the inertial member. A selectively engageable friction drive system for elevating the tray forms yet another embodiment.
(54) DEVICE FOR LIFTING THE STEPS OF SHEETS IN THE SELF BANK OF THE COPY MACHINE a dividing bar 13 and connected with the driven shaft 8 by means of a frame 14 in which the driven shaft 8 is mounted. The friction flywheel 10 is connected to the shaft 6 of the reels 4 and 5 by means of a reduction gear train consisting of gears 15, 16, 17 and 18. The device works as follows. The feet of the sheets 19 are mounted on table 1. Table 1 is mounted to move in a vertical plane from the position for feeding sheets (shown by dashed lines), in which the top sheet is separated by a belt 20, to a position which is indicated by flat lines for loading and unloading sheets from it. Table 1 is located between the side walls of the feeder 21 and 22, in which there are vertical grooves 23 and 24, respectively. Table 1 is installed in the vertical grooves 23 and 24 by means of sliders 25 and 26 rigidly mounted on it and preventing possible table distortions with respect to the feeding mechanism . Flexible traction elements 2 and 3 are made in the form of cables. One ends of the cables are fixed on the sliders 25 and 26 of table 1, bend around, respectively, the idler bars 27 and 28 and are attached to the corresponding drum 4 and 5. The shaft of the drums 4 and 5 is the input for the cable system. The lower limit of the position of the table during loading or unloading of sheets is regulated by a limiter 29 fixed to the drum 5 by means of screws 30 and 31. A groove 32, made under the screw 30, adjusts the lower position of the table for sheets. The stopper 29 has a protrusion 33 in contact with a finger 34 fixed on the side wall 22. When the table 1 is lowered under the force of gravity, it stops in the lower position when the protrusion 33 contacts the finger 34. The table 1 is lifted by an input bristle 35 connected to the master shaft 1 by means of an electrically actuated clutch 36. Lifting mechanization can be carried out from the main drive of the machine through the brush 37. On the drive shaft 7 there is a friction roller 9, the surface of which is made of mat The series has a high coefficient of friction. The roller 9 is fixed on the shaft 7, whose cheeks are mounted in the side walls 21 and 22. The friction flywheel 10 is mounted on the driven shaft 8 with the possibility of periodically coupling with the friction roller 9 to lift the table 1 connected to the drums 4 and 5 by means of the cables 2 and 3. When the friction flywheel 0 is engaged with the friction roller 9, the one-way clutch 11 connects it to the shaft 8. The gear 15 is mounted in such a way that it engages a bristle of larger diameter 16 mounted on the shaft 38 mounted on the frame 14. The gear of small diameter 17 is also mounted on shaft 38 and connected to large diameter bristles 18, which is mounted on the input shaft 6, carrying the drums 4 and 5. The gearing gears 15, 16, 17 and 18 provide a significant reduction factor between the speed of rotation of the shaft 8. and the rotational speed imparted to the shaft 6. Applying a down-gear transmission significantly reduces the input torque required for the friction roller 9. A reduction in the number of revolutions makes it possible to increase the reflected inertia of the flywheel 10. The engagement between the roller 9 and the flywheel 10 is selective. If it is required to bring the flywheel 10 to the roller 9, press the spring-loaded lever 12 of the trigger lock associated with the frame 14 mounted on the axis 39 with the possibility of rotation. Since the shaft 8 is mounted on the frame, the flywheel 10 mounted on the shaft 8 also has the ability to turn in the direction of the friction roller 9 and away from it. When the roller 9 and the flywheel 10 are engaged, the lifting of the table 1 is controlled by means of a clutch 36 connecting the main machine to the shaft. The clutch 36 is controlled by an electrical switch 40, which is activated when the head of the feeder mechanism 41 pushes begins to turn. When the table 1 is in the lower position, the clutch 36 is activated and connects the main drive of the machine with the shaft 5 7 and the table lifting mechanism lifts the latter to an upper position in which the sheets 19 rotate the head of the feed mechanism 41, on which the belt 20 is mounted, along the desired movement arc. When the head of the feed mechanism 41 is turned upwards, the electrical switch 40 acts on. clutch 36 and it disengages, stopping the table lifting mechanism. When the sheets are fed from the foot 19, the head 40 will turn downward along its 5, the movement, and the switch, acting on the sleeve 36, will cause the table with the foot to raise and turn the feed head 41 to its maximum upper position. To lower a table 1. it is necessary nap. , -, Uo. 1 l press the lever 12 associated with the frame 14 and rotate the frame of the roller 9. The lever 12 carries an L-shaped separator bar 13, the task of which is to separate the roller 9 from the flywheel 10 until it is necessary to raise the table 1 again. After the new stack of sheets has been loaded, the switch 40 acts on the clutch 36, which connects roller 9 with the drive. This will automatically rotate the separation bar 13, withdrawing it from the position between the roller and the flywheel 10. The frame 14 will rotate the flywheel 10 until it engages with the roller 9 to raise the stack to the desired level. One of the tasks of the friction flywheel 10 and the reduction gear 15, 16, 17 and 18 is to regulate the descent rate of the foot table. The flywheel 10 also serves as a selective engaging drive clutch. To create the desired inertial effect, the flywheel 10 must have a considerable mass. The use of a friction drive system is advantageous, since in case of damage to the switch 40, table 1, lifting, must stop and not damage the sheet feed mechanism. Even if the roller 9 continues to rotate, it should slip on the flywheel 10 due to frictional engagement. To further ensure reliable operation, the slider 25 of the table 1 has an upper part 42, which is mounted for contact with the upper part 43 of the groove 23 - so as to prevent the table from moving above the desired height. This, in combination with a friction drive, serves as a reliable means to prevent overloading if the control system is damaged.
